In particular, we were recently able to purchase an investment property for a very favorable price due to Adrian highlighting a clause in the contract which was incorrectly set up – something none of the 6 other parties and their teams noticed. This clause was key to reducing the competition at auction as it was only corrected very late in the negotiations, thereby excluding a substantial buyer pool. This allowed us to buy a high quality asset we would otherwise likely not have been able to acquire.

My affairs had got into a hopelessly complicated state before I moved to VJC. This was mostly from a very bad investment advisor (therefore my fault) and my previous accountant being asleep at the wheel. Adrian has simplified everything even though it took some time.

He sometimes challenges me but that is perhaps much better than having a yesman and getting the consequent results.

He gives me timely warning of tax bills, where previously I found out about them the day they were due, which was stressfull.
